Argentinian pizza is much more than a meal: it is a tradition. Introduced in the country by Italian immigrants that came looking for a better future, this culinary heritage went beyond Margherita. Genovese immigrants brought with them the best match ever to move dinner to the next level: the “fainá”, the gluten-free pizza that delights everyone. It will just make any normal pizza be a gourmet and innovative -yet very traditional- meal.

Do I need a special app or software to take part?
All our online tours are held over Zoom.
If you are joining from a computer, you do not need to install Zoom to join
meetings. This can be done via the Web browser if you have a link to any Zoom
meeting (which we will provide via email after your purchase). When it is time,
click on the invitation link and be sure to ignore the prompt to install the Zoom
app. Once you ignore this, you will be able to join the meeting via a browser.
On the other hand, you will need to install Zoom on your device before you can
join a Zoom meeting if you are using your smartphone to take part.
You will not be required to create a Zoom account, as having one is not needed if
you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant.Can I invite friends and or family to experience the session with me?
Yes, you can! And we highly recommend it. There is nothing better than sharing
our online tours with those you love the most.
You can gather friends or family around the same device if you would like to, or
they can join from their own device if they are not at the same physical location as
you are. In the second case, they will have to purchase their own tickets, and
specify they want to share the session with you (providing your name and surname
so that we can match all of you together).Can I ask questions and talk to the guide?
The reason behind the video and audio being two ways is for you to be able to
interact as much as you want with your fellow participants and the tour guide. So
do not be shy and ask all the questions you want!Is there any age limit to join the online tour?
Only for those experiences featuring alcoholic beverages. In that case, the age limit
is 18 or 21, depending on the customer’s home country’s regulations.What is your cancelation policy?
Customers are allowed to reschedule or cancel the session (and get 100% of their money
refunded) if they request it at least 24 hours before their tour takes place. After that
deadline, the company does not offer rescheduling or refunding.Under certain circumstances, and to protect our staff’s health, outdoor
experiences may be canceled. If the cancellation takes place 24 hours or more
before the starting time, the company only offers customers to reschedule. On the
other hand, if it happens within 24 hrs before the starting time, we offer
customers both the possibility to have 100% of their money back or rescheduling,
whatever option suits them most.
