Amazing Small Group Tour of Buenos Aires jdecorby

We were picked up right at our hotel by driver and tour guide Lucia and dropped off back after the tour. We were extremely pleased with the tour. It covered the highlights in greater detail than one we had taken earlier in the day. Walked around Plaza de Mayo and later across the ladies bridge to Puerto Madero. Part of tour included beverage and piccata platter at the very interesting Hipopotomo Bar in San Telmo. A great overview of the city with a lot less traffic congestion and an amazing tour guide and driver.

Magical evening Eva

We planned to do the evening tour, to augment our day tour of the city of Buenos Aires, but due to plane delays, took the evening tour first, and we were blessed. We happened to be by our selves, Florence, a history teacher and a very nice driver, took us around, explained the important places and aspects of the city. Thanks to Florence’s knowledge, and our questions, we came out of this trip, much more knowledgeable about the city, than we expected. Also, we were taken to the most beautiful book store in the world (according to National Geographic), located in an old theater building. It was quiet magical. It was a magical evening. Highly recommended.

Very Enjoyable. Saw and Learned a Lot with an Excellent Guide. IN_Travelers47906

This was our first night in Buenos Aires and a wonderful way to spend three hours and become accustomed to the city. It is a big city, so there are of course areas to avoid after dark; however, Sandra did a great job of introducing us to lively and historic areas where tourists can spend safe and enjoyable evenings. Buenos Aires can be a beautiful city after dark. So glad we took this tour.
